Carrot – 1
Potato-1
Honey– as per taste
Water – as needed
Steps for Carrot Puree- High Nutritious Food
Steps 1: Wash and peel the skin off from the carrot and the potato.
Step 2: Chop them into small cubes.
Step 3: After cutting the cubes, place them in a food steamer for 10-15 minutes. You can also boil the vegetables.
Step 4: Steaming or boiling the vegetables ensures that they become soft.
Step 5: Place them in a blender and add a little water to a smooth paste.
Step 5: After the blending, add 1/4 teaspoon of honey in the paste.
