Vegetable Puree for Children
Vegetable Puree is a homemade, quick, healthy and wholesome for children. It is great for kids between the age group of 6 months- 2 years.

Ingredients (Serving 1)
- A sweet potato
- One small potato
- 1 carrot
- 1 small piece of pumpkin
- 2 french beans.
Recipe for Vegetable Puree
Wash and peel off the skin of the taken vegetables
After washing and peeling cut these vegetables into small pieces.
Then steam them for 5-10 minutes.
After steaming, mash them well and add a pinch of salt and feed the baby.
